Hoot Owl restrictions are now lifted

The Bitteroot has bumped up a tad from the recent rain but, clarity is still good. Today is not going to be your best bet for trico action but, the hopper fishing should be great. Middle river and the lower river will be your best bet for floating. Fising a hopper-dropper rig has been really productive. Streamer fishing the past couple days has been on point too. Fishing smaller, flashy patterns has been the ticket.
