Bitteroot Fishing Report – 9/24

Missouri River Fishing Report - 3/27

Guided Float trips on the Missouri with The Kingfisher Fly Shop

Today could be a little rainy, but the rest of the week is supposed to clear up nicely. The fishing has been very solid on the Bitterroot. We’re seeing a lot of mayflies, and droppers off attractor dries should turn fish. Still keep the BWOs in mind, along with the flies that have been working for the last couple weeks. Hecubas, hoppers, tricos, PMDs, mahoganies, caddis. Tossing a nymph rig is never a bad idea, and the streamer bite could turn hot with the cloud cover. Have a good weekend!!

PATTERNS: Parachute adams, elk hair caddis, morrish hopper, Psycho Prince, Red or pink San Jaun worms in tandem with size 14 amber princes. Sculpzilla streamers, JJ’s specials, Prince nymphs, girdle bugs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: You know we’ll refill your Kingfisher-label gink bottles for a buck, don’tcha?
