Bitterroot Fishing Report – 10/11

Bitterroot Fishing Report - 4/19

Rock Creek Fishing Report - 3/19

“Why am I thus scared by fearful visions of the night? O Earth, dread queen, mother of dreams that flit on sable wings!”

The warm weather we’ve been unusually accustomed to recently is expected to disappear this weekend, with rain, clouds, and wind taking its place. The BWO bite could be good on the Bitterroot. Mahoganies have been great, and the Hecubas are still turning fish. Streamers should also get some fish in the boat for you.

Weekend Fishing Tunes: Free Throw, Lavender Town

These guys played the show on Saturday at the ZACC, and they played a really awesome set. Find them on Bandcamp here: https://freethrowemo.bandcamp.com/

HATCHES/Flies: Hecubas, tricos, mahoganies, caddis, hoppers, BWOs. Dark, heavy nymphs for subsurface. JJ’s specials, articulated streamers, bead-head woolly buggers.
