Bitterroot Fishing Report – 10/11

L-GOPR0424

We should see more rain and cool temps today. The mayfly action has been really good on the Bitterroot, and the weather shouldn’t change that, other than the tricos fading out. For dry flies, use parachute adams, October caddis, tricos, Hecubas, BWOs, baetis, and attractors. For nymphs, use prince nymphs, copper Johns, micro mayflies, caddis pupae, san juan worms, etc.  Streamers are working well too with big articulated and darker bodied patterns.
