Bitterroot Fishing Report – 11/2

L-DSC_0597

The weather might be a little wonky out on the Bitterroot this week. Hopefully it won’t turn off the fishing. Anything subsurface should provide some resistance to fluctuation. For dry flies, use parachute adams, October caddis, tricos, BWOs, baetis, and attractors. For nymphs, use prince nymphs, copper Johns, micro mayflies, caddis pupae, san juan worms, etc. For streamers, use black, olive, rust, and yellow patterns.

HATCHES/Flies: Hecubas, tricos, mahoganies, caddis, BWOs. Dark, heavy nymphs for subsurface. JJ’s specials, articulated streamers, bead-head woolly buggers.
