Bitterroot Fishing Report – 11/23

Like the other rivers in the Missoula area, the Bitterroot will have the occasional nice fishing day during the winter months. Usually it’s after or during a warm spell. Double nymph rigs are always the best choice when it’s cold, but there’s always the chance that you’ll see some fish sipping tiny mayflies. Hitting the slopes this time of year is always a better bet, regardless of the conditions.
