Flows on the ‘root as of this morning are pretty much stable having changed little in the past 4 days.  There is decent color along the edges and we’ve been having good luck from a boat pretty consistently.  There are good wading opportunities up here as well, but it’s pretty much a subsurface deal with the exception of later in the afternoons when there have been a few fish willing to eat on top.  The ‘root will be in very good shape for some great dryfly action with the next warm-up.
