Blackfoot report – 5/6

Clark Fork River Fishing Report - 3/20

BR-5-1-L-8This river and the upper Clark are the only 2 local whose cfs graphs are hiding the truth this morning.  Expect the level line of Blackfoot flows to spike radically upward in the VERY near future – probably today. The weather for the week ahead is sure to unleash the May/June blow-out.  You may get another day out of the lower river and maybe 1/2 a day up top before things give way.  March browns, caddis, skwalas, fly ants, yellow sallie goldens and big attractors should do well for you.  This could be your last day at chucking streamers up here in fairly reasonable conditions.

Another example of the biggest fly selection and best prices in town at The Kingfisher.  We charge $2.25 for this depth charge every day. Compare at $7 . . .yes $7, for the EXACT same bug at other shops.  Whataya NEW?
