Clark Fork River Fishing Report - 4/5

It might be a little cold and wet this afternoon/evening on the Blackfoot. The fishing shouldn’t suffer much though, unless you’re unprepared from a clothing perspective. By the way, you can find all that necessary fall clothing here at the shop. For dries use October caddis, tricos, BWOs, elk hair caddis, hoppers, Chernobyls, Orange Stimulators, parachute adams, and purple hazes. For nymphs use Pat’s rubber legs, princes, double beaded stones, micro stones, beer head baetis, San Juan worms, October caddis pupae and batman nymphs. For streamers use big dark double bunnies, sculpzillas, mouthwashes, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns.
