Blackfoot River Fishing Report – 6/22

Rock Creek Fishing Report - 4/3

The flow bump we saw from the rain was relatively minor, and we’re now sitting at 4300cfs. Clarity is improving every day, and dry fly opportunities are abundant with the big bugs flying around. The salmonflies are thick up here right now, along with heavy caddis hatches. Fishing has been good, so get after it. For dries, toss salmonflies, golden stones, caddis, and green drakes. For streamers, use big, dark joints, like black woolhead sculpins and mouthwashes. For nymphs, use San Juan worms, double beaded stones, micro stones, pat’s rubber legs and prince nymphs.
