Blackfoot River Fishing Report – 7/15

Bitterroot Fishing Report - 4/10

Bitterroot Fishing Report - 4/5

We’ve heard word that fish are still eating salmonflies on the upper and middle stretches of the Blackfoot. Not that it matters too much, because the fishing out here is great regardless, and the fish are looking up for just about anything. For dries use Chernobyls, Stimulators, Rogue stones, half downs, bullet heads, parachute adams, purple hazes and elk hair caddis. For nymphs use Pat’s rubber legs, princes, double beaded stones, micro stones, San Juan worms and batman nymphs. For streamers use big dark double bunnies, sculpzillas, mouthwashes, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns.
