Blackfoot River Fishing Report – 7/17

Missouri River Fishing Report - 3/27

L-LS-3

With the flows aggressively dropping as the summer rolls on, the fishing is showing no signs of slowing down.  Fishing on the entire river has been particularly noteworthy with a multitude of different patterns all day long.  The fish are going to start getting more concentrated in the middle of the river so don’t forget to switch up you approach with the changing conditions.  For dries use Chernobyls, Stimulators, Rogue stones, half downs, bullet heads, parachute adams, purple hazes and elk hair caddis. For nymphs use Pat’s rubber legs, princes, double beaded stones, micro stones, San Juan worms and batman nymphs. For streamers use big dark double bunnies, sculpzillas, mouthwashes, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns.
