Blackfoot River Fishing Report – 7/27

Rock Creek Fishing Report - 4/12

Blackfoot flows are right where they should be right now, and the fishing is good. Head out in the mornings and evenings for the best action, because the middle of the day slows down with the heat. The best setup is still the dry/dropper rig, but single dries have been doing good work too. For dries use hoppers, Chernobyls, Stimulators, Rogue stones, half downs, bullet heads, parachute adams, purple hazes and elk hair caddis. For nymphs use Pat’s rubber legs, princes, double beaded stones, micro stones, San Juan worms and batman nymphs. For streamers use big dark double bunnies, sculpzillas, mouthwashes, standard buggers, sparkle minnows and dark articulated patterns.
