Clark Fork Report – 6/15

Kingfisher Customer Ty Rodgers on the Blackfoot 4/8

L-1REPORT:

The river sections above Missoula all the way up are JUST now heading back down from a bump in flows that knocked back the fishing a bit.  It’s still good, but not what it was.  By tomorrow, this upper river will be solidly back in the game.  The lower river down around Superior and St. Regis has been giving up AMAAAAAAZING fishing on top with goldens and green drakes.  Today’s bright sunshine will change things up a bit, but in the stable flows and with the color that remains in the water, you should expect good stuff down low again today.  At the very least, you’ll have very good afternoon/evening caddis action but will likely take it to ’em all day long on big attractor/golden stone patterns with deep droppers of stuff like red San Juans or olive p-tails.

1/2 OFF Fridays.  50% Off your 1st dozen nymphs and dries!  Every Friday – Every Week
