Bitterroot Fishing Report - 4/10

It’s very likely to rain on our parade today. The parade, of course, is the good fishing we’ve been having. That being said, the rain could turn on the BWOs and smaller mayflies in a big way, and the streamer fishing could pop off. For dries, use rusty spinners in the evening, elk hair and Goddard caddis in the evening, tricos, mayfly duns and cripples, BWOs, small attractor patterns. For nymphs, use Pat’s rubber legs, micro stones, prince nymphs, double beaded stones, San Juan worms, caddis pupae, Pheasant tails and batman nymphs. For streamers, use black, olive, or yellow/rust combinations.
