Clark Fork River Fishing Report – 11/9

S-IMG_2210

Frigid and windy is not a good combination for the Clark Fork. Things are going to get really rough here in a hurry, so it might be time to avoid the Clark Fork for a bit. For dries, use October caddis, mayfly duns and cripples, BWOs, small attractor patterns. For nymphs, use Pat’s rubber legs, micro stones, prince nymphs, double beaded stones, San Juan worms, caddis pupae, Pheasant tails and batman nymphs. For streamers, use black, olive, or yellow/rust combinations.
