Clark Fork River Fishing Report – 6/10

Bitterroot Fishing Report - 4/3

L-DSCN1955

The Blackfoot is responsible for a lot of the mud we’re seeing on the Clark Fork here in town. That means getting above Bonner will increase your chances of a good outing. With the drop in flows we’ve been seeing lately, it shouldn’t be long before the lower sections start to perform well. For streamers use a JJ’s special, olive or tan super buggers, sculpzillas, standard buggers or an articulated pattern. The nymphs you want are pheasant tails, black bodied stone flies, pat’s rubber legs, San Juan Worms and little black micro stones.
