The Clark Fork is slowly creeping back down to historical flows, which is still high for this time of year.  The flow above town is around 9300 cfs and dropping.  The clarity is still poor unless you’re down stream of a tributary, then you’ll find some decent clarity.  Your best bets are still nymphs and streamers.  For streamers use a JJ’s special, olive or tan super buggers, sculpzillas, standard buggers or an articulated pattern. The nymphs you want are pheasant tails, black bodied stone flies, pat’s rubber legs, San Juan Worms and little black micro stones.  Make sure you’re being thorough when working a particular run,  If the fish don’t see your bugs, they wont eat it, obviously…
