Both the upper and lower sections of the Clark Fork are dropping and getting closer to historical averages, we’re still having issues with clarity. For streamers use a JJ’s special, olive or tan super buggers, sculpzillas, standard buggers or an articulated pattern. The nymphs on the menu for today are pheasant tails, black bodied stone flies, pat’s rubber legs, San Juan Worms and little black micro stones. If you’re fishing below a clean running tributary, keep your bugs in the dirty/clean seam and work all the water for your best luck.
