REPORT: It’s going to freakin’ HOWL over here today. This river can give up seriously disruptive wind and today looks to be one of those days. If you can manage a drift with about ANYTHING subsurface that doesn’t get blown in whitecap fashion back upstream, you’ll hook up. Just a matter of how badly you need to get bent. Zebras have been a no brainer for us recently, but you can nearly ALWAYS count on pink, red or gray stuff working too. Kyle’s beerhead baetis is one of our all time favorites.
