Missouri River Fishing Report – 11/9

Clark Fork River Fishing Report - 4/5

We’re in for it now. This week will be snowy and very cold. The fishing on the Missouri has been pretty good with streamers and very good with nymphs, but all that should change with the front moving in this evening. It might be better to stay bundled up this week. For dry flies, use cripples, standard Adams parachutes, midge clusters, elk hair caddis, parachute baetis, baetis button emergers, and small flying ants. For subsurface, stick with sow bugs, czech nymphs, caddis pupae, scuds, small PTs, lightning bugs and micro mayflies. For streamers, throw something flashy, Coffee’s sparkle minnow, J.J.’s Special, Sex Dungeons.
