The Missouri is holding strong with the spring conditions we’re seeing. The next couple of days look like they’re supposed to be pretty windy…. so uh… Maybe try again later? in the event that the wind dosen’t blow, you should see some decent midge fishing on top, but you can count on streamers and nymphs to work for sure. For nymphs use Blood midges, zebra midges, small pheasant tails, and Serendipity’s. If you see anything on top toss out some Griffiths gnats, renegades, and midge clusters. With weekends like the one we have coming up, being able to toss some heavy bugs in the wind can make or break your day, so definitely be prepared. Bring a rain jacket and a wind breaker!HATCHES: Midges,
