Missouri River Report – 3/27

KenBannersBT-046REPORTS: It’s still a diamond in the rough . . if you’re a dryfly guy. If you don’t mind being mesmerized by hotrod colored indicators, it’s a well cut diamond as she sits! Still ok midging here and there with blue wings IN the wings. Waiting on a warm-up. Last week’s cold spell didn’t help with topwater or streamer action, but the nymphs keep on spankin’ em. Pink and red. Scuds, tiny glo bugs, ray Charles, etc . . . Keep your fingers crossed for warmer weather. HATCHES: midges
FLIES: Griffith’s gnats 16-20, lighting bugs, RS2, p-tails, scuds, muted and small streamersADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Probably one of the best river options in the state right now. Tailwater happiness!MISSOURI RIVER FLOW
