Rock creek is still on the drop and clarity improving with a flow around 1180 cfs at the bottom. Tandem nymph rigs and streamers are working best in the murky water.  Use San Juan worms, north fork specials, olive Pat’s rubber legs, prince nymphs, pheasant tails and supermans for nymphs.  For streamers, flash fries, double gongas, dark articulated T&A leeches, sparkle minnows and sculpzillas.  With the higher flows it’s important to keep your junk tight to the banks and in any slack water.  When the current picks up like this, the fish move to areas that are less work for them.
