Rock Creek Fishing Report – 6/26

Guided Fishing Clark Fork River

Bitterroot Fishing Report - 5/13

The flow on Rock Creek is sitting around 1000cfs and the clarity is excellent.  The salmon flies are starting to wind down but the golden stone and mayfly fishing is getting much better.  For top water flies use chubby Chernobyls, stimulators, bullet head stones, half downs, parachute adams, purple hazes and para wulffs.  For sub surface patterns use micro stones, pheasant tails, Pat’s rubber legs, San Juan Worms, caddis pupae, double beaded stones and batman nymphs.  Streamers have been working well too with big dark bodied junk working best.

Weekend Fishing Tunes: Weezer, Pinkerton
They love soccer, and they love to rock.

HATCHES: salmonflies, golden stones, green drakes

FLIES: Prince nymphs, rogue stone, carnage stone, parachute adams, salmonflies/nymphs, streamers.
