Rock Creek Fishing Report – 8/10

Bitterroot River Fishing Report - 3/29

L-84

Hoot owl restrictions are now lifted

The last couple of days, the creek has cooled off substantially giving the trout a much needed break. A few days before that, though, the water was hitting 70 on the lower end. The best fishing these days continues to be on the upper 1/2 of the river, but there are good options here and there on the lower river as well. Spruce moths, small hoppers, never sink caddis, and terrestrials have all been working well for us.

HATCHES: golden stones, PMDs, yellow sallies, caddis, green drakes, hoppers
