Rock has seen a large spike in flows. Dramatic changes like that usually don’t mean good things for the fishing, but a hot streamer or two could make the day for you. For dry flies, use chubby Chernobyls, stimulators, PMDs, BWOs, bullet head stones, half downs, parachute adams, purple hazes, elk hair caddis, and para wulffs. For sub surface patterns use micro stones, pheasant tails, Pat’s rubber legs, San Juan Worms, caddis pupae, double beaded stones and batman nymphs.
