The cloud cover we’re expecting today will also help your dryfly prospects with the green drakes and golden stones. Salmonflies are creek-wide at this point and will also be a viable alternative. In the humid weather, however, look for drakes to be “the goods”. Flows are down about 10 cfs near Clinton compared with 2 days ago, and water clarity is good. 771 cfs means there is some decent wading to be had particularly on the upper river coming in from the Pburg side.
