Rock Creek just keeps chugging along like it has since EARLY spring this year. Good fishing pretty much all day long although the fish have gotten quite a bit more selective recently. Expect to see this change a bit in your favor as the cooler weather moves in with some clouds and the fatties feel more secure not being backlit by blazing sun. Our best bug is still the royal stimi. Just is, we don’t have “the reason”. Expect to see a dramatic shift to mayflies in the coming cooler weather, though, so get out your para adams, purple haze and cripple boxes.
