The Clark Fork is slowly creeping back down to historical flows, which is still high for this time of year.  The flow above town is around 9300 cfs and dropping.  The clarity is still poor unless you’re down stream of a tributary, then you’ll find some decent clarity.  Your best bets are still nymphs…
